What if I have a significant amount of weight to lose?

The principles in this workshop will teach you how to make sustainable progress long term while supporting your metabolism. This is especially important if you have a lot of weight to lose.

Will I need to track calories or macros?

No, but we will teach you how. Understand that tracking calories and/or macros is a tool in a large toolbox. It can be very beneficial to learn that skill and apply it for a short period of time before transitioning to an intuitive approach.

Do I have to workout a lot?

Absolutely not! This is a lifestyle approach. You should move your body in a way that you enjoy and with the frequency that you can remain consistent with.

What if I am not a good cook?

Welcome to the club. I make quick and basic meals and the goal with this workshop is to apply the information to your lifestyle. We will give you the resources so that you know what to eat and have plenty of options that fit your taste.

What if I have a busy schedule?

Again, welcome to the club! We prioritize things that are important to us. By understanding and mastering the basics of nutrition, you will be SAVING time and energy. There is always a learning curve but after a while, it becomes a part of you. Just like brushing your teeth. No one ever complains about not having enough time to brush, right?

Will this help me learn to build muscle?

This workshop is specially centered around sustainable fat loss and a lifestyle approach to nutrition.

Do I have to restrict certain foods or eliminate alcohol?

We don't ever recommend extreme or restrictive diets. The goal is for this to compliment your lifestyle, not detract from it. Having said that, there may need to be some sacrifices made along the way. For example, if you are drinking excessively and eating a lot of highly processed foods, we'll ask you to assess your habits and whether they are serving your best interest or not. All decisions are yours to make!

So yeah, you guessed it: this is basically a workshop about food freedom with the physical results you desire.
